Health Guarantee

The puppy you are purchasing from Andrew Goldman or Morgan Goldman is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale, with first vaccine and a series of de-worming give as deemed necessary. Good health is defined in this guarantee as free of serious illness or genetic defects that will shorten your dog's life. Your puppy must be examined by a license veterinarian within 72 hours of leaving our home at the puppy buyer's expense. Should the licensed veterinarian deem the puppy not to be in good health the Buyer must notify Andrew Goldman or Morgan Goldman within 24 hours and the puppy must be returned to Andrew Goldman or Morgan Goldman within 4 days at the Buyer's expense. The examination and findings of the licensed veterinarian must be in writing on the veterinarian's letterhead and given to Andrew Goldman or Morgan Goldman upon return of the puppy. Andrew Goldman or Morgan Goldman reserves the right to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian's his/her choice at their expense. Should there be a discrepancy between the Buyer's and Andrew Goldman or Morgan Goldman's licensed veterinarian findings, Andrew Goldman's or Morgan Goldman's veterinary findings shall take precedence. If the puppy is deemed to be not in good health by Andrew Goldman or Morgan Goldman, the orginal puppy will be replaced with a comparable puppy of same value from the first available litter of the same

breed. If such litter will not be available within 6 months, Buyer will be given a refund. Such refund shall be limited to the orginal purchase price and Andrew Goldman or Morgan Goldman will not refund any additional or consequential expenses to the Buyer including shipping, taxes, medical or other expenses. Should any of the above terms not be met, the Initial Health Guarantee will be held void. Serious illness and life altering defects do not include: umbilical hernia, external or internal parasites or bacteria, coccidiosis, giardia, undescended testicles, inverted vulva, under bite or over bite, skin allergies and skin irratations or hair loss. The preceding list and defects are not an exhaustive list. Furthermore, Andrew Goldman or Morgan Goldman does not guarantee or warranty the puppy's personality, dispotion or trainability, although we take great pride in making sure your puppy has been well socialized and introduced to many sights textures and sounds before going to his/her new home.
